Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Soligrid Uptime Platform. Soligrid is a brand of Mycelyn Private Limited.
1. Who provides the platform
The platform is provided by Mycelyn Private Limited. By signing in or using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may do so.
2. Your account
- Accounts are created by an administrator. Keep your password private and use a strong, unique one.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been misused.
- Your organisation's administrators decide who has access and which role they hold.
3. Using the platform
You agree not to:
- use the platform unlawfully or in a way that harms it or other users;
- try to access another organisation's data, or any part of the platform you are not allowed to use;
- send malicious code, or automated bulk requests that burden the service;
- reverse engineer, copy or resell the platform without our written permission.
Gateways and other devices connected to the platform must use the credentials issued for them and must only read from plant equipment.
4. Your data
Plant readings, tickets, photos, comments and reports you or your organisation put into the platform remain yours. You give us the right to store and process them to provide the service. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Information, not advice
Figures such as performance ratio, expected generation, soiling index, estimated shortfall and forecasts are calculated from the data received and from stated assumptions. They are estimates meant to support decisions and are not guarantees, financial advice or a substitute for inspection by a qualified person. Service levels, scope and charges for any operations and maintenance work apply only under a written agreement.
6. Safety
The platform does not control plant equipment. Always follow electrical and site safety rules, and do not rely on the platform alone for safety-critical decisions.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, text, graphics and the names and logos of Mycelyn and Soligrid belong to Mycelyn Private Limited or its licensors. You may use the platform for your organisation's ordinary business. You may not otherwise copy, modify or reuse it without our written permission.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve it, and will tell you about changes that significantly affect how you use it.
9. No warranty and limit of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Mycelyn Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, generation or data, arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Terms in a written agreement between us and your organisation take priority over these.
10. Suspension and ending
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the platform or other users at risk. Your organisation can ask us to end access at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about them, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
